How exact location works

Click Install / enable Safety Tools (once).
On the person’s phone, open /safety/ (link above) — enter their @username.
Tap Send my location now (allow GPS).
In Ping tool, search that username/phone — Safety location card shows lat, lng, address, maps.

Safety Tools is the missing install layer. Surface consent location still works too; check-ins are the reliable Ops path.

This admin UI is a visual interface for the backend (upgrade 1.12.0). Dual stack: tracking service (:8787) + Clarity Node API (:4000) for Coin, Coconut, company hub, and account create. The Advanced System Surface is the product/control UI.
